I wanted to like this, but my face started stinging after just one wash. My skin is sensitive, so maybe it’s just not the right fit for me.

The site does work, but finding things, for me, was more annoying than I thought it would be. The menus were kind of confusing, and around too much I had to click before getting where I needed. It’s not awful or anything, just not as smooth as I expected

Well... I really didn’t like this. It felt way too rough on my skin, and afterward my face felt dry instead of clean and smooth like I was hoping. Maybe it works for other people, but it’s definitely not for me and I won’t be using it again.

I gave jbskrub.com a try once, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kinda disappointing overall.
The product was fine-ish, but not really what I expected for the price. Shipping felt slower than it should’ve been too, and I had to keep checking for updates myself, which was annoying tbh.

Nothing was outright terrible, but it also didn’t give me any reason to come back. There are other places I’d rather use next time, so yeah, probbaly not buying from here again.

Dealing with their customer service was frustrating. I’d send a message, wait way too long for a reply, and then the response usually didn’t solve anything. It felt like I kept getting pushed into the same support loop, explaining the issue over and over to different people with no actual progress. Not really the experience I was expecting, and I don’t think I’d order from jbskrub.com again.

My order arrived fast, which was nice, but a couple of the items weren’t what I actually ordered. It wasn’t a total disaster, just annoying having to deal with it and figure out a fix. I also couldn’t help wondering if some of the extra charges/adjustments were a bit sneaky, since the final total didn’t feel as clear as it should’ve been. Expected the order to be more accurate, honestly.

I liked the idea of checking out JBSkrub and was hoping it would be a quick, useful visit. But the site was frustrating for me. Some pages loaded slowly, and a few links didn’t take me where I expected, so I ended up clicking around way more than I wanted just to find basic information.
The mobile layout also felt a bit messy, with things looking too close together and harder to read than they should be. I ended up giving up after a while because it didn’t feel smooth or simple to use. That said, if they cleaned up the layout and made the navigation clearer, I’d probably be willing to give it another try.

I returned my order a while ago and, shockingly, I’m still waiting on my refund. I guess patience really is part of the purchase now.

The smell was just too much for me. I was expecting something lighter based on what I originally signed up for, but then the terms seemed to change and it felt like I ended up with something different than expected. Not really my thing.

I was kind of surprised by how fast my order from jbskrub.com showed up!!! I got it within a few days, and the tracking updated like it was supposed to, which was nice!!! It did end up arriving maybe a day later than the original estimate, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but still good overall!!! I’d order from them again as long as I wasn’t in a massive rush!!!

I’ll give them credit, the product looks better than I expected for a brand I’m still not sure I fully trust. Something about it still feels a little sketchy to me, but at least they’re trying to look legit.

I bought this thinking it would hold up for a decent amount of time, but nope, it was basically done after just a few uses. It started falling apart way too quickly and became useless. For the price, I feel like it should’ve lasted more than a week or two. Maybe I just got a bad one, but still, that’s kind of on them. I wouldn’t buy it again.
